Fabuwood is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support specialized production operations and help ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, supporting process improvements, and delivering high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative production team.

Perform specialized manufacturing and production tasks according to company standards and operational procedures

Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and production schedules to ensure accurate execution

Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently

Assist with product assembly, fabrication, packaging, or finishing processes as needed

Maintain productivity while ensuring attention to detail and workmanship quality

Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues and report concerns to leadership

Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout all stages of production

Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Assist in improving manufacturing workflows, operational efficiency, and production processes

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
