We are seeking an experienced Baccarat Dealer to join our fast-paced casino. This role ensures integrity of the Baccarat game for both the players and The Nash Casino. Ensures gaming transactions involving dealing of cards, paying off winning bets and/or collecting losses, exchanging cash for chips are conducted according to game policies, procedures, and house rules, in a timely and accurate fashion. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Hours: Full-time/Part-time: Open hours (1st shift/swing shift/late-night shift) with the ability for weekends and holiday's required
Job Responsibilities
Game Opening & Closing Procedures:
- Opens assigned game table, counts and verifies contents with the closing list, inspects cards or dice, and signs off with a supervisor.
- Closes game; balances rack, counts chips, and signs off with supervisor or GSM.
- Verifies beginning and ending chip and money balances; confirms supporting documentation.
- Verifies accuracy of table bankrolls and inspects all decks of cards prior to use.
- Pays out winnings, exchanges currency for chips, and ensures wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
- Changes over deck of cards; inspects and mixes cards.
- Receives fills and distributes credits; exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
- Ensures betting is in compliance with game rules and minimums set.
- Maintains continuous inspection of cards and overall game protection.
Education and Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 year's experience dealing Baccarat in a casino setting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.
- Must pass all pre-screening and background checks.
Physical/Mental Working Demands
- Must be able to move in and around the work area throughout the entire workday.
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to access and interpret and understand information on computer screens.
- Must be able to work in environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
- Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols and eye hand coordination.
