Duties
- Greet guests and ensure a positive dining or service experience
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations
- Handle food with care following safety and hygiene standards
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are well-organized for service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Experience with bussing, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
