The Role:
We are looking for a personable, outgoing, and driven individual who excels at sales and has experience in the architecture and construction industries. This role involves building a sales pipeline and features a salary + commission structure that rewards you for growing the business.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue sales of our cabinetry and design services, mainly to other industry professionals.
- Drive sales growth through networking, studio visits, public presentations, and developing industry partnerships.
- Manage the customer experience including discovery calls, showroom visits, site visits, and customer service.
- Work with the senior designer to design, detail, and price all aspects of interior cabinetry.
- Work with our Project Management team to procure cabinetry installation quotes.
- Write contracts and manage payments for projects.
- Visit sites to measure or assess installation. B2B projects are typically within 1.5 hours of our showroom. []
Other responsibilities may include:
- Work with the interior design team in our office to help with sourcing, procuring estimates, and creating design presentations.
- Manage showroom: stock supplies, organize samples, and help run events.
- Help the marketing team with research, writing, and running events. Star in our social media!
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design, kitchen design, or building materials sales.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in high-level B2B sales.
- Communication is the key to this position. The candidate must have experience managing client communication in a professional setting.
- Licensed driver with a reliable vehicle, comfortable and knowledgeable driving in and around Philadelphia.
- Experience with SketchUp design software is required.
- Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot), Google Suite, and Mac proficiency preferred.
- Available to work 3 days/week from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM from the showroom, and meet clients or attend events outside of those hours as needed.
Salary & Compensation:
This is a salary + commission-based role with a base salary starting at $50,000, and commission ranging from $40,000–$80,000 depending on the sales developed. Expect lower commission over the first few months and higher numbers as new partnerships are developed.

We’ve been designing kitchens and cabinetry since 2017 with a focus on high quality, fine detailing, and exceptional customer service. We’ve always offered design and cabinetry to industry partners, but last year we decided to pursue this sales pipeline more aggressively. We’ve gotten busy and we’re ready to add the right person to develop and run this part of our business.
Our showroom and office is based in NW Philadelphia, where a mid-sized team of friendly designers and project managers work out of the office.
