ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member in Florida. I'm a graduate of Southern Virginia University with a degree in Business Management and hold multiple insurance and financial services licenses. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our four children, playing sports, boating, being outdoors, and staying active in our church.
Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. Our agency proudly supports the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce, Caroline County Little League, Caroline County Public Schools, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office, and local social services programs. We also created two annual \"Lifting Up\" Scholarships to recognize local high school students who make a positive impact through kindness, leadership, and service.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Brandt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
