Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible for training staff and caregivers on best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral issues and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes.
- Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families regarding behavioral interventions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality of patient records.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical terminology, records, and intake information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for clients with disabilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with autism.
- Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and patient care.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and the ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations.
- Experience in maintaining medical documentation and understanding medical terminology is essential.

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
