Duties
- Assist in executing outside sales initiatives by engaging with clients and prospects to promote products and services
- Support sales efforts through customer service excellence, ensuring a positive experience
- Conduct public speaking engagements and product presentations to diverse audiences, enhancing communication skills
- Develop marketing strategies by analyzing market trends and customer feedback to boost sales performance
- Demonstrate strong in-person and phone etiquette when communicating with customers, clients, and team members
- Participate in our recruiting process by helping to interview potential candidates
- Engage in negotiation exercises to refine sales management techniques and customer relationship skills
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales or public speaking roles will be advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating communication with diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in using current technology, like tablets, to perform data entry and sales processes is useful
- Experience in public speaking or presentation delivery will support your success in this role
