All Food Safety and Sanitation requirements in a kitchen
ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate held, or obtained after hire with in 90days of employment
Dishes and cleaning to ensure a clean kitchen
Running the POS to ensure all student meals are accounted for
Other tasks as assigned.
