Who We Are:
At The Royal Pet Resort & Spa, partnered with Richter Animal Hospital, we offer high-end boarding, daycare, and grooming services in a fun, compassionate, and professional setting. Our mission is to build meaningful, lifelong relationships with pets, their people, and our incredible team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, active role perfect for someone who loves dogs and doesn’t mind getting their paws dirty:
- Walking, feeding, bathing, and snuggling our furry guests
- Supervising group play (think recess, but fluffier)
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, dishes, laundry, and play areas
- Maintaining a calm, safe, and odor-free environment
- Delivering exceptional service to pet parents
Bonus if you’re familiar with vaccinations, medications, and basic veterinary care, but it’s not required.

Physical & Availability Requirements:
- Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
(Flexibility is key because we run on puppy time!)
