Manage multiple luxury residential renovation projects simultaneously

Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and consultants

Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Monitor project costs and ensure profitability targets are achieved

Conduct regular jobsite visits and coordinate with Superintendents

Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates

Resolve construction challenges while maintaining schedule and quality

Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations

Maintain project documentation and reporting

Support project turnover, punch list completion, and final closeout
