Position Summary
Georgica Property Management is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic College Summer Intern to support our property management and affordable housing operations team. This internship provides students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in residential property management, customer service, affordable housing programs, leasing operations, and compliance administration.
The Summer Intern will gain exposure to day-to-day property operations while developing professional skills and industry knowledge in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist property management staff with daily administrative tasks and resident services.
- Support leasing activities, including preparing application packets and organizing resident files.
- Assist with resident communication, outreach programs, and community events.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation in property management systems.
- Support affordable housing compliance staff with file organization and document tracking.
- Conduct data entry and assist with report preparation.
- Participate in property inspections and site visits as assigned.
- Observe and learn about leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and resident relations.
- Assist with special projects related to operations, compliance, and resident engagement.
- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college, university, or vocational program.
- Preferred majors include:
- Business Administration
- Real Estate
- Public Administration
- Finance
- Accounting
- Urban Planning
- Communications
- Related fields

- Strong interest in real estate, property management, or affordable housing.
