The ideal candidate will provide prompt, professional support by managing inbound inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with the creation of new service opportunities.

Your Impact in This Role
As an Office Coordinator, you are the face and heartbeat of the company every time a customer calls, emails, or texts us. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Connect and Solve: Develop genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering clear, confident recommendations that help them make informed decisions.
- Educate and Empower: Help customers understand the value of our services through clear, professional communication - providing the information they need to make confident, informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team by sharing insights and supporting smooth internal communication to help the team succeed together.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience handling customer contact via phone and email in an office environment.
- Customer Acquisition: Support and conduct effective sales conversations and conversions without commission heavy pressure, ideal for someone motivated by customer success and team performance rather than aggressive sales incentives.
- Initiative & Reliability: Dependable individual who consistently follows through, takes initiative, and is willing to do what is needed to support the team and customers.
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills: Exceptional planning, multitasking, and time management abilities paired with clear, professional communication and a collaborative, customer first mindset.
- Technology Skills: Experience with CRM software, scheduling platforms, or office management tools is required. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Perks & Compensation:
- Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 per week (Full-time); 8:30am-5:00pm PST
