Gordian Energy Systems is an expanding leader in commercial solar and is seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to support its continued growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review, comment, and approve design drawing submittals (electrical)
- Review, comment, and approve sub-contractor submittals
- Perform mid construction QAQC inspections as required by the department
- Make note on as-built drawing deficiencies during QAQC inspections
- Perform final QAQC inspection at the conclusion of the project
- Work at the direction of the Director of Commissioning to assist with close out deliverables
- Completion of reporting and documentation at the direction of the Close Out Manager
Required Qualifications:
- This role requires 75% of travel to site locations.
- 5+ years experience in Electrical Contracting, Engineering, or field installation experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience in project management and proven ability to deliver on deadlines.
- Exceptional at documentation and organization.
- National Electrical Code Knowledge.
Preferred, but not required:
- Commercial Solar electrical and commissioning.
- System commissioning and performance testing experience.
- Familiarity with Procore or Project Management Software
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
- NABCEP Certification or NFPA 70? (Preferred)
