Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper/Cleaner to lead our cleaning and housekeeping operations. Duties
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, offices, and back-of-house facilities.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks to housekeeping staff, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as floor care—including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors—to maintain a polished appearance.
- Oversee janitorial duties involving waste disposal, sanitation of restrooms, and replenishment of supplies to uphold hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality settings or similar environments.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service.
- Experience with janitorial equipment, custodial procedures, and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
