American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring at least 2 years of experience, prior travel assignment experience, and successful completion of an EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam.

13-week travel contract on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit

Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
-
Every other weekend required
-
Floating within skillset required
-
Active RN license — Maryland license or Compact RN license required

Current BLS and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required

ACLS certification preferred

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required

At least one prior completed travel assignment required

Charge nurse experience preferred

Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms

2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required

All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of application
