Position Summary:
A Sonic Drive-In Carhop provides fast, friendly customer service by delivering food and beverages to guests in their vehicles. Carhops ensure orders are accurate, maintain a clean work environment, and create a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to parked vehicles.
- Take customer orders (if required by the location).
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, parking, and work areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with food preparation when needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- No experience required (training provided).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
