We're partnering with AAction Home Repairs & Restoration, a family-owned restoration company that has proudly served Maryland, Washington D.C., and Southern Pennsylvania for more than 30 years.
They're looking for a Lead Technician to take ownership of day-to-day field operations within their Water Mitigation Department. You'll help coordinate technicians, oversee mitigation work in the field, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily assignments and priorities with the inside Project Manager
- Lead and support field technicians throughout mitigation projects
- Conduct on-site assessments and help determine the appropriate scope of work
- Oversee water mitigation activities and monitor project progress
- Perform quality inspections and address deficiencies when needed
- Communicate with customers regarding project progress and concerns
- Maintain accurate daily documentation, equipment records, and project updates
- Enforce company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide on-the-job training to technicians
- Monitor company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse inventory
- Participate in the company's on-call rotation for emergency losses
What We're Looking For
- Water mitigation/restoration experience
- Experience leading or mentoring field technicians
- Strong understanding of water mitigation procedures and equipment
- Ability to assess job sites and coordinate field work
- Strong customer communication skills
- Organized and comfortable with project documentation
- Safety-conscious with a hands-on leadership approach
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Compensation & Benefits
- $23-$25/hour depending on experience
