Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Warehouse manager
Shift: Day Shift
SUMMARY
Performs various warehouse duties such as, fulfilling customer orders, picking orders with RF scan gun. Packing, shipping, and repackaging orders with use of ground and LTL companies. Constant communication with our customers and sales teams to reflect the order screens.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with overall control of inventory and aims to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely shipment of orders.
- Ability to drive a 26' box truck
- Utilizes scanning equipment to locate inventory and complete a variety of move tasks.
- Reads pick tickets to acquire information on items to be shipped.
- Picks item(s) from inventory
- Packages and prepares orders for shipment according to customer order requirements.
- Stores inventory in the proper location within the warehouse using a forklift or equipment if needed.
- Reports any discrepancies or issues detected to the supervisor.
- Shrink Wraps skids and assists in loading shipments into trucks.
- Keeps accurate records of items picked and packed to prepare packing lists or any required paperwork for customer orders.
- Maintains the warehouse and work areas in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
- Scans information into our system daily

- Good communication skills and basic math skills
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Pays strong attention to detail, is highly organized and is computer literate.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
Some warehouse experience.
