Medical Assistant
Job Description:
Canby Clinic is looking for a kind and well organized employee to serve on our team as a Medical Assistant. We are a primary care clinic located in Canby, Oregon that specializes in naturopathic medicine. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $21-$25 DOE with benefits. We are looking for a hard worker who loves working with their patients. Medical experience is a plus but more important is finding someone that will provide excellent patient care to our patients.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Showing up on time and ready to work
- Perform phlebotomy, run urinalysis, and complete other in-clinic labs
- Accurately process lab samples
- Document patient encounters in the chart
- Administer intramuscular (IM) injections, cryotherapy, and ultrasound therapy as ordered by the overseeing providers
- Clean and autoclave medical tools
- Keep a clean, tidy, and efficient lab area
- End of day cleaning including sweeping, mopping when needed, emptying of garbage cans, taking out the recycling, cleaning the bathroom, and restocking the exam rooms.

Job Type:
This is a full-time, in person position. Hours are from 8:30 am until 5:30pm, Mondays through Fridays.
Compensation: $21-$25 Hour DOE
