Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all manufacturing processes

Skills
- 10 years proven experience in manufacturing or production management with a strong understanding of production processes and workflows
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the talent to inspire teams and promote a positive work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting operational issues
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, records, and compliance documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly across departments and motivate teams toward shared goals
- Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and quality assurance standards in manufacturing environments
- Technical proficiency with manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools is a plus
