Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and sales opportunities for the company
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to messages through platforms such as Google and Yelp
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as needed
- Educate customers on company services, products, and treatment options
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and retention-related issues
- Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships
- Maintain a high level of customer service and 5-Star communication standards
- Stay up to date on company services, procedures, and policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have previous sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and communication tonality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in selling Pest Control services and knowledge of Field Routes software preferred
