A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential property manager are preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of experience is required, preferably overseeing multiple locations.

CPM designation or candidacy preferred; experience with property rehabilitation a plus

Strong operational orientation with proven success in meeting Net Operating Income (NOI) goals

Travel: Frequent and regular business trips with overnight stays are required to various business locations and properties (traveling approximately 70% of the time); may need to drive a personal vehicle for business
