Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience and a desire (or willingness) to cross-train in basic HVAC service and repair. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (including water heaters, tankless systems, water softeners, drain lines, fixtures, etc.)
- Perform diagnostic assessments and provide clear, honest solutions to customers
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians and learn basic HVAC system operations as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Uphold Evolve’s commitment to professionalism, respect, and customer satisfaction on every job
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a plumber (licensed preferred but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair common residential plumbing issues
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Interest or willingness to learn HVAC basics (training available)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred but Not Required:
- EPA Certification or experience with HVAC systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
