About the Role
We’re a fast-growing restoration company — water damage, fire/smoke, mold, biohazard — and we do the work right the first time. We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated reconstruction technician who takes pride in the details and wants to grow into a leadership role over time.
This isn’t a job for someone who cuts corners. It’s for someone who walks into a finished room and feels good about what they built.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality reconstruction work on residential and commercial properties following damage restoration
- Hang, mud, tape, and finish drywall to a flawless result
- Match existing textures (knock-down, orange peel, skip trowel, etc.)
- Relay carpet and perform flooring work
- Handle a variety of finish carpentry and general handyman tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and communicate clearly with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in drywall, taping, texturing, and carpet relay
- A true handyman — someone who can do a little of everything and do it well
- High personal standards: you notice when something is off and you fix it
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on every job site
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
The Growth Opportunity
This role has a defined path. We’re building a reconstruction division and need someone who wants to eventually lead it — managing crews, overseeing scopes of work, and coordinating with insurance adjusters. If you’re the kind of person who wants to run a team someday, we want to invest in getting you there.
Why Work Here
- Steady, year-round work — restoration doesn’t slow down
- Small company where your work is seen and recognized
- Real opportunity to grow into a project manager position
- Work alongside ownership — you won’t be just a number
