Since 1990, Seven One Seven Parking Services, Inc. has been one of the largest privately held parking companies in the United States, providing valet parking, transportation, parking management, and hospitality support services throughout the country.
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
This position reports directly to the Director of Development and Strategic Planning.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods
· Make 50+ outbound prospecting activities daily (calls, emails, and follow-ups)
· Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries
· Schedule meetings and sales presentations for Business Development Managers and Sales Executives
· Maintain accurate records of all prospect and client interactions within the CRM system
· Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and marketing-generated leads
· Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
· Research target accounts and key decision-makers
· Assist with financial pro formas, proposal preparation and sales presentations as needed
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns
· Track sales activity metrics and report on weekly performance goals
· Support contract renewals, client communications, and business development initiatives
Qualifications
· Previous inside sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience preferred
· Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with executives and decision-makers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized with strong time management skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities simultaneously
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar preferred
· Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant sales experience

Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
