Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, W-2 position that combines hands-on clinical care with a structured growth path. We are building this program to focus on meeting high clinical care standards.
This position is well-suited for an RN who is interested in expanding into leadership and still enjoys some direct patient care, and is motivated to learn accreditation, clinical leadership and system and program development.
The selected candidate will primarily focus on clinical responsibilities, including infusion therapy, wound care, and private duty nursing. Additionally, There is an opportunity to gain operational responsibilities with training and support for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager
· Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols
· Assist with clinical oversight and care planning
· Support and guide nursing, therapy and nursing assistants
· Facilitate agency accreditation goals
· Identify growth opportunities
Accreditation Training and Program Development
· Receive training on a variety of accreditation standards
· Support policy implementation, compliance, and documentation processes
· Participate in mock surveys and quality improvement initiatives
· Assist in the development of infusion, wound care, and nursing programs
No prior accreditation experience is required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Hands-On Clinical Care
· Perform IV infusion therapy, including hydration, antibiotics, and biologic medications
· Provide wound care assessment, treatment, and documentation
· Support complex or escalated clinical cases as needed
Care Coordination and Clinical Support
· Coordinate care with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and facilities
· Provide clinical guidance to field staff
· Support continuity and quality of care across all patients
On-Call Clinical Support
· Provide on-call support on a structured or rotational basis
· Respond to urgent patient and caregiver needs
· Support clinical decision-making and escalation

Qualifications
· Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, 5 years preferred
· At least 1 year of home health or home care experience required
· Demonstrated infusion nursing skills
Preferred (not required):
· Experience in wound care
· Experience in private duty or skilled nursing
· Interest in leadership and clinical program development
Training will be provided for candidates seeking to expand into advanced clinical services and accreditation.

Compensation
· $70,000 – $85,000 annually initially, based on experience
· Additional compensation will be provided for on-call responsibilities and clinical visits
