Position Overview
EB5 Investors is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Closer to join our team in our Irvine, California office.
The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales professional with strong closing skills, excellent relationship-building abilities, and experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. Because we work with clients and partners across multiple countries and time zones, the successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a global business environment and maintaining flexibility when needed to accommodate international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close qualified B2B sales opportunities.
- Sell event sponsorships, advertising, marketing solutions, and media packages.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Maintain accurate records, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in media sales, event sponsorship sales, advertising sales, conferences, professional services, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with clients across different countries and time zones.
- Professional, proactive, and results-oriented.
