Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Barista to join our team! You’ll be making coffee and other drinks, helping customers, and keeping the café clean and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safe food preparation.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help customers and team members alike.
Shift hours:
Daily: Opening (6:30AM-1:00PM), Mid (10:00AM -4:30PM), Closing (1:00PM-8:30PM)
3-4 shifts/week, required combination of both AM and PM shifts. First week of training will be weekday mornings.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
