Job Summary
As an Administrative Manager, you will lead admin operations that enable our employees and business teams to perform to the best of their capabilities. You will oversee employee travel, housing logistics, and workplace services while driving operational excellence across the business. This position requires a collaborative leader who can foster a positive employee experience through exceptional organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations while ensuring efficient and consistent business support
- Improve administrative processes and standard operating procedures
- Lead administrative initiatives that improve productivity, employee experience, and operational effectiveness
- Partner with leadership to identify organizational priorities and deliver administrative solutions
Employee Logistics
- Oversee domestic and international travel planning, accommodations, and scheduling
- Ensure travel and housing services are delivered efficiently while maintaining budget and policy compliance
Workplace Resources
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and workplace services
- Direct company vehicle administration, registrations, and compliance
- Maintain oversight of company assets and ensure accurate inventory management
Build Strong Partnerships
- Develop Productive relationships with vendors
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees requiring administrative support
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Analyze administrative workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Implement process improvements that enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
- Support organizational growth through effective planning and execution of administrative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Korean (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative or operations experience
- 5+ years leading projects, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supervising staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or international operations
Additional Considerations:
- Able to begin employment within one month of the interview
- Occasional overtime when needed
- Willing to assist with site coordination
