We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to oversee and manage our Co-Located Counselor Program in West Palm Beach, FL. This leadership role requires a dedicated professional with strong expertise in clinical supervision, program management, compliance, and quality improvement to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
Supervise performance improvement and quality management activities, ensuring
adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Weekly supervision of each counselor on a weekly basis and group supervision on a
weekly basis for a total of 11 hours of supervision per week.
- Provide leadership and oversight for program budgeting and financial management.
- Participate in monthly operating report meetings to review program performance.
- Monitor and evaluate department performance measures, documentation, and
improvement activities.
- Analyze Incident Reports, client grievances, and survey data to identify trends and
implement corrective action strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in committee and departmental meetings focused on
quality and performance improvement.
- Conduct risk management activities, internal investigations, and provide
recommendations for risk reduction and incident response.
- Process client grievances, determine violations of client rights, and report findings to the
CEO.
- Oversee therapist activities, ensuring compliance with documentation, productivity, and
quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison with referral sources to develop and maintain strong partnerships and
service efficacy.
- Foster effective relationships within the Dr. Tripp & Associates community and with
external support systems.
- Provide training and assess ongoing staff development needs.
- Ensure all program departments comply with federal and state regulations.
Maintain current licenses, certifications, and accreditations, ensuring regulatory
compliance.
- Oversee clinical assessments to determine client eligibility and treatment needs.
- Allow for counselors to use licensure to bill insurance companies for reimbursement.
- Maintain a safe and secure therapeutic environment.
- Uphold quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with Dr. Tripp & Associates,
DCF, and Medicaid regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality regulations, and agency policies.
- The clinical director will be responsible for billing 6 intakes per week, scheduled by the
front office staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related clinical field.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Director, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
- Proven experience in clinical supervision and program management.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and quality improvement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Familiarity with co-located or integrated care models preferred.
