GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the FRC - Facility Resources department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Perform complex maintenance tasks in such areas as carpentry, electricity, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing boiler operation, energy plant operations. Follow Proper operating, maintenance and safety procedures. Initiate preventative maintenance, recommend improvements to increase efficiency of equipment. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent and general maintenance experience related to the area of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma and experience in the maintenance of HVAC systems or in the operation and maintenance of HVAC mechanical and building control systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
