Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute is a 121 bed skilled nursing facility located in Vacaville, Ca. We are looking for a Licensed Vocationl Nurse (LVN) On Call who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team.
**$35-$40/hour pending experience**
Responsibilities: Assist clinical team, document daily, monitor and inform MD of Change of Condition, complete assessments, med pass, etc.
Requirements: must have valid LVN license
