We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics to support a high‑volume production environment. Strong mechanical skills are the #1 priority.
MUST HAVES:
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Availability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
- 3 + years experience within a FMCG/high-volume manufacturing/Industrial Environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Work with AC/DC drives, conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Support continuous improvement and plant safety (OSHA + SQF)
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude + ability to work on production machinery
- Experience with AC/DC voltage troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PLC controls
- Basic welding skills
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Strong communication + problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working on the plant floor and collaborating across departments
