Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced Opening Shift Lead / Key Holder to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone with bubble tea shop experience who enjoys leading morning operations and setting the team up for a successful day.
You'll arrive one hour before opening to prepare the store, complete daily opening procedures, and help lead the front-of-house team.
Full-time only.
Responsibilities
- Open the store and complete all opening procedures
- Cook fresh boba and prepare tea according to company standards
- Prepare ingredients for daily beverage operations
- Count cash drawers and complete opening cash procedures
- Set up POS and ensure all equipment is ready
- Supervise morning operations before the team arrives
- Train and support new employees
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with beverage preparation and cashier duties throughout the shift
RequirementsRequired
- 1+ year experience at a bubble tea shop
- Experience preparing fresh boba and brewed tea
- Experience opening a store independently
- Cash handling experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Key Holder or Shift Lead experience
- Gong Cha, Sharetea, TP Tea, Yi Fang, Xing Fu Tang, 85°C, Kung Fu Tea, Sunright, Omomo, or similar experience
- Restaurant experience
- Bilingual (English & Chinese)
