Concrete Foreman — $40–$60 per Hour
Main Executive is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews and manage concrete projects throughout Appleton, the Fox Valley, Northeast Wisconsin, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time leadership position for someone who can plan daily production, direct crews, manage layout and elevations, oversee preparation and pours, communicate with customers and management, and deliver safe, profitable, high-quality projects.
Pay is $40–$60 per hour, based on leadership, concrete knowledge, production, quality, organization, communication, accountability, and demonstrated results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and supervise concrete crews
- Review project plans, scope, measurements, and specifications
- Complete layout and establish elevations
- Direct excavation, grading, forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing
- Plan daily labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Maintain production, quality, and schedule expectations
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings
- Enforce company safety policies and work procedures
- Communicate with customers, managers, and office staff
- Document production, delays, changes, and jobsite conditions
- Inspect completed work before leaving the jobsite
- Train, develop, and hold crew members accountable
- Maintain professional, clean, and organized jobsites
- Protect company equipment, tools, and materials
- Take ownership of project results from start to finish
Qualifications
- Extensive concrete-construction experience
- Proven foreman or crew-leadership experience
- Strong layout, grading, forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing knowledge
- Ability to read plans, measurements, and project specifications
- Ability to manage labor, materials, equipment, and schedules
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead respectfully and hold employees accountable
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Early morning start times
- Overtime may be required
- Hours may vary based on pours, weather, workload, and project requirements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain
- Ability to perform concrete work when crew support is needed
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and changing weather
- Ability to safely work around equipment, trucks, concrete deliveries, and active construction
