Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an organized working environment.
- Discuss financial options & insurance details with clarity
- Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence
- Collaborate with critical care and acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
- Scheduling patient appointments and verifying new patient information, including checking in patients, collecting payments from patients, and updating patients' information on our records.
- Communicating with patients regarding their appointments or any changes to their appointments.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with PPO, HMO and Dentical.
- 3 years of experience in Treatment Planning.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual
