Canvasser – $30/hr
Location: Wisconsin (Field-Based)
Pay: $30/hour
Type: Part-Time / Flexible Scheduling (Within Set Hours)
Kittler Consulting is hiring motivated, high-energy canvassers to join our growing field team. We specialize in high-quality voter outreach, not just knocking doors—we focus on real conversations that drive impact.

Compensation
- $30/hour starting pay
- Gas reimbursement for long-distance travel
- Performance-based incentives & bonuses
- Additional bonuses for referring and building your own team
Schedule (Strict Time Windows)
You can choose your hours, but they must fall within:
- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

- Once accepted, your schedule is mandatory and non-negotiable
Expectations
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas
- Engage voters in meaningful, quality conversations
- Accurately record responses and data
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication in the field
Performance Standard:
- Minimum 30% response rate required to maintain pay rate and continued employment
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicators (“gift of gab”)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Goal-oriented with a focus on quality over quantity
- Prior canvassing or sales experience is a plus (not required)

Qualifications
- Proven experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and motivate diverse audiences
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or direct sales environments
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of voter registration processes, election laws, or civic engagement initiatives is a plus
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, professionalism, and active listening skills
