We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Automatic Door Manager to lead our growing team. The Automatic Door Manager is responsible for coaching and supervising technicians who inspect, service, repair, and install commercial automatic pedestrian door systems for healthcare, commercial, industrial, retail, government, and educational facilities throughout the United States.

Responsibilities
- Trains, coaches, and supervises automatic door installation and repair technicians
- Promotes safety in the performance of all automatic door installations and repairs
- Performs annual and preventive maintenance inspections of automatic pedestrian doors.
- Inspects sliding, swinging, folding, revolving, ICU, and low-energy door systems.
- Conducts inspections in accordance with ANSI/BHMA A156.10 and A156.19 standards.
- Completes operational and safety testing of sensors, activation devices, guide rails, controllers, operators, and locking systems.
- Installs new automatic door operators, controls, sensors, activation devices, and accessories.
- Troubleshoots electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs.
- Replaces motors, gearboxes, controllers, sensors, rollers, belts, tracks, and other components.
- Reads blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation instructions.
- Completes electronic inspection and service reports with photographs.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Communicates inspection findings and repair recommendations to customers.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in automatic doors and the fire safety codes for customers, other members of the Operations Team, members of the Sales Team; may assist members of the Sales Team on calls with customers
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel throughout assigned territory, including overnight travel.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working from ladders and aerial lifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience installing or servicing commercial automatic pedestrian doors.
- AAADM Certified Inspector or Technician (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Experience with Stanley, Horton, dormakaba, NABCO, ASSA ABLOY/Besam, Tormax, Record USA, or Boon Edam products.
- Experience working in hospitals or commercial facilities.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
