About the job
We're a renovation company. We take houses that need work and bring them all the way back — demo through finish. Framing, drywall, paint, windows, siding, roofing, soffit, doors, trim, cabinets, vanities, landscaping. When we're done, somebody moves in and it's their home.
We're hiring a laborer to work alongside our jobsite foreman. This is an entry-level position. It is not a position you're stuck in. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, there's room to grow here.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safe
- Hauling material — siding, shingles, landscaping rock, whatever the job needs
- Running a screw gun
- Rolling paint
- Assisting the foreman with whatever the day calls for
- Learning the trade as you go
What we're looking for
- Show up on time, ready to work
- Dependable. If you say you'll be there, you're there
- Good communication — time off, how a job's going, what you need
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Some job sites are up to an hour out
- Able to read a tape measure and lift heavy material
- Basic construction skills are a plus. If you don't have them, be willing to learn
- Ability to take direction from the foreman with a good attitude
- Proper work clothing and boots
Hours
32–45 hours a week depending on weather and workload. Typical day is 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
