Overview
Join our team as a Mold Abatement Technician and play a vital role in restoring safe, healthy environments for our clients. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for mitigating mold growth caused by water damage or other conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in the restoration industry, utilizing your skills in remediation, construction, and cleaning to make a tangible difference every day.
Duties
- Perform mold remediation procedures using specialized cleaning techniques and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to remove contaminated materials such as drywall, insulation, and flooring
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding environments and confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces
- Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress with team members and supervisors
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in restoration or construction is helpful
- Knowledge of cleaning, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement processes is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction practices used in restoration projects
- Strong dedication to following company standards and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour
