We are seeking a motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on fire suppression systems, perform inspections, and deliver top-tier service to our clients. - Conduct routine inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with local codes and standards
- Perform system testing, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on fire suppression equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to fire sprinkler systems
- Install, assemble, and modify piping using various welding techniques including MIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG, and <LOCATION> welding as applicable
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, calipers, and other mechanical tools to complete installations and repairs
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and system modifications in accordance with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites or manufacturing facilities to ensure safe and efficient project completion
Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, soldering, and pipe bending techniques
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler fitting, plumbing systems, HVAC components, and pipeline assembly
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge of construction site operations and maintenance procedures
- Experience with rigging, tube bending, calipers measurement, and schematics interpretation
- Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to piping and pressure vessels
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, tube benders, pipe threading equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or plumbing is a plus; construction or manufacturing experience highly valued

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
