We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee our indoor golf facility and duckpin bowling operations in Texas Corners Township. Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the indoor golf and duckpin bowling facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
* Create a positive and engaging atmosphere by addressing guest inquiries and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
* Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, promotions, and private parties to boost attendance and engagement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and advertising campaigns to attract new customers.
* Manage a team of bartenders and oversee light bartending operations, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or similar roles is preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour depending on overall experience.
