Paramount Staffing is hiring motivated Insurance Sales Agents for a growing insurance organization in Hendersonville, TN.

- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, inbound leads, and outbound outreach
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
- Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, deductibles, and benefits
- Prepare quotes and assist with applications and enrollments
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Maintain renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier updates, and industry regulations
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
If you're not currently licensed, the company will help you through the licensing process.
Training includes:
- Licensing support
- Product training
- Sales training
- Company onboarding
- Approximately six weeks of structured development
Please note: Candidates completing licensing are not placed on payroll until the licensing period is complete.
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- $30,000–$50,000 annual base salary (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission opportunities
