Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable NIGHT SHIFT bread baker to work 4 days a week from 12am to 6am (plus/minus a few hours). You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging bread, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering strictly to food safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong skills in safe food handling and operating kitchen equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace at all times
- Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining efficiency during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes
- Excellent attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
