We are looking for a dependable individual with a pleasant and professional attitude to take phone calls and schedule appointments in our growing HVAC commercial department. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year office experience. Experience in a dispatch setting is a big plus. Applicants should be comfortable with high volume calls.
Must have:
Minimum of high school degree or equivalent
Strong customer service skills

Ability to multi-task
Ability as a self starter
Attention to detail
HVAC knowledge and familiarity with local area a plus
