Jani-King of Augusta is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our commercial cleaning clients and supporting our franchise owners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional on the phone, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct brand service calls with our customer base of more than 2,000 commercial clients.
- Handle a high-volume call environment, averaging 100-150 calls per day.
- Engage with franchise operators regarding customer retention initiatives.
- Assist with strategic customer retention planning and follow-up activities.
- Provide first-level helpdesk support for our client management application, Service Wizard Pro.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments.
- Build positive relationships with customers and franchise owners to support long-term retention.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high call volumes.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Previous customer service, call center, account management, or retention experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.00 per hour
