We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a general dentistry practice with a modern, digital office in Los Gatos. Our energetic team is focused on providing high quality, compassionate patient care. We are looking for a team member that is excited to be a part of our growing practice.
Description of role:
The position available is for a dental assistant to work with our current assistant alongside our doctor and hygienists to deliver the best experience to each patient.
Tasks:
Assisting the doctor with procedures.
Fabricating temporary crowns.
Taking impressions and pouring models.
Taking IOS scans and printing models.
Fabricating bleaching trays and retainers.
Educating patients about pre op and post op instructions.
Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
Cleaning and setting up rooms.
Sterilization of instruments and clinical tray set up.
Maintaining sterilization equipment and instruments.
Taking x-rays and reviewing patient health history.
Supporting the doctor and staff as needed.
Skills and requirements:
X-ray license
RDA License
Current CPR certificate
Work schedule:
Select Mondays when needed 7:30:00-2:00
Tuesday - Thursday 7:30-5
Friday 7:30-2
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
