What to Expect in This Role:
- An Active, On-Your-Feet Environment: This is a dynamic role (expect 7,000–10,000 steps a day!). You’ll be on your feet managing a busy lobby, greeting patients, and keeping clinic traffic flowing on time.
- Warm Yet Assertive Communication: You’ll combine a welcoming personality with the confidence to direct clinic traffic, enforce policies, collect payments, and keep schedules on track.
- Group Interaction & Social Media: Part of our model involves facilitating small group discussions, speaking directly in front of patient groups, and occasionally recording videos for orientation or social media.
- Proactive Multitasking: We value team members who retain multistep workflows quickly (intake forms, scheduling, billing), stay organized under pressure, and catch subtle details others miss.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Background: 2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service, medical front office, retail, or hospitality work.
- Punctual & Dependable: Exceptional attendance is required. Our team depends on you to show up consistently and on time. This position is not the right fit if you have had issues with this in the past.
- Quick Study Under Pressure: You absorb training easily and don't get overwhelmed when multiple things happen at once.
- Bonus: Spanish-speaking is a wonderful plus!
THE 4 SCREENING QUESTIONS
