Location: Southeast Texas
C2O Americas is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of company-owned, rental, and project equipment supporting major LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial projects throughout Southeast Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment planning, maintenance, inspections, certifications, and asset utilization.
- Coordinate equipment mobilization, logistics, and project readiness.
- Oversee warehouse, tool room, and equipment yard operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, rentals, procurement, and equipment costs.
- Lead equipment personnel while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of equipment or asset management experience in industrial environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing equipment, maintenance, warehouse, or logistics teams.
- Experience supporting LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Power Generation, or Industrial Construction projects.
- Proficiency with ERP/asset management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
