Bloom Garden Shop has an open position for “Retail Team Member“.

Responsibilities include:
Customer service and sales, Plant care, Maintaining cleanliness and general appearance of the shop, learning our inventory, receiving and pricing new inventory, operating the POS which is Shopify, and assisting with client communications.
Tip share after trial / training period of training is complete/successful.
One plus years of retail experience is Required. Plant and/ or gardening knowledge is required.
Our hours of operation are :
Tuesday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30
Saturday 9 - 5 (arrival time 8:45)
Sunday 11-4 (arrival time 10:45)
We are looking for 3 to 4 days per week - a very likely schedule would be Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. There is some flexibility but Saturday is required for this position.
